Many customers asked me if I made Thai Coconut ice icream by myself, why it taste so different from other places. The answer is YES. Here is my homemade Coconut Ice cream recipe: Are you ready?
3 cups coconut ice cream
*I used Choao Khor but if you have time you can make your own coconut milk from fresh one*
- 1 cup of granulated sugar or Erythritol if you don’t consume sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of young coconut meat slices
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Step by Step Instructions
First used hand mixer on low speed to combine the coconut cream and sugar and vanilla extract till it’s dissolved
Put heavy cream.
Turn the machine on pour the mixture into the freezer bowl, let it mix till thick, put coconut meat
About 25 mins, The ice cream will have a soft, creamy texture, Transfer it to container and place in Freezer for 2 hrs before Enjoy !!!
