Casseroled Shrimped with Kale Noodle is one of the most famouse dish in our restaurant. It is healthy, low carb and no sugar. Today Chef Nancy is going to introduce you to a new healthy Thai dish that you can cook at home.

  • 3 bacon slices
  • 50 gram kale noodle
  • 5-6 shrimps
  • 3-5 ginger sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 15 pepper corn
  • 2 tbsp sou sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • green onions
  • cilantro
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sweeter

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Medium heat: put bacon first untill you see oil come out, then add the oils, fried ginger, garlic, and pepper corn.

Step 2

Add the shrimps into the pan and stir fried until it cooks then add kale noodle.

Step 3

Add all seasonung and stir fried it until all sauce mix well with noodle. Put green onion and cilantro then clos the lid and turn the heat down for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Serve with Thai seafood dips (email me for the receipts).

**You can use glass noodle or bean noodle to replace Kale and real sugar and you do not need to worry about the weight.**
